Customer Hardship Policy

By law, energy retailers must develop, maintain and implement customer hardship policies for their residential customers. We encourage any Member experiencing difficulties in paying their energy bill to contact us. Powerclub will always try to find a suitable solution for Members dealing with financial hardship who are willing, but not able, to manage their energy bills.
